Paola Creek is located 19 miles east of West Glacier
Montana one half mile off US Highway 2, America’s
High Line, and seven miles West of Essex Montana.
West Glacier is the primary entrance to Glacier National
Park and the west terminus of the Going to the Sun
Highway with shopping, restaurants, post office, lodges,
an 18 hole golf course, and an elementary school.
Both West Glacier and Essex are served by Amtrak daily.
Glacier Park International Airport is 42 miles from
Paola and is served by Alaska/Horizon, Delta, Northwest,
United and several commuter airlines as well as Edwards
Jet Center for private aircraft support.
The Old Roosevelt Highway, paved and a dead end,
accesses Paola from US Highway 2. Paola's 5.2
acres is located in the Upper Canyon Area Land Use
Regulatory System (CALRUS) and is zoned light commercial.
Whitefish and the Whitefish Mountain Resort, Kalispell,
Bigfork, Flathead Lake, Nine Golf Courses, five floatable
rivers, hundreds of mountain lakes are all less than
an hours drive from Paola. And don’t forget
Glacier National Park is the front yard and the Bob
Marshal/Great Bear Wilderness Complex is the back
yard.
